Homeowners often ask if they need to stick around during their roofing or siding project. The good news? Most of the time, the answer is no.
We handle most projects from the outside. Roofing, siding, and gutter installations don’t require us to enter your home. You can go to work, run errands, or just enjoy your day as usual.
If we do need interior access—for example, to check your attic or inspect ventilation—we’ll let you know ahead of time. We won’t surprise you with a knock on the door.
Most Work Happens Outside
Roofing, siding, and gutter projects are designed to be completed entirely from the outside. That means while we’re hard at work improving your home’s exterior, you’re free to go about your day. Whether you’re heading to work, running errands, or relaxing elsewhere, there’s no need to rearrange your schedule.
We’ve completed hundreds of roofing and siding jobs across Columbus, and in the vast majority of cases, no homeowner presence is required.
If We Need Access, You’ll Know Ahead of Time
On rare occasions—such as inspecting attic ventilation, checking interior leaks, or accessing electrical panels—we may need to step inside. But rest assured, you’ll always know in advance.
We coordinate interior access during scheduling or with a quick heads-up before the crew arrives. No surprise knocks on the door, ever.
We Respect Your Time and Space
Your comfort and privacy matter. Our crews take care to keep the job site clean, safe, and organized throughout the project. We’ll handle setup, tear-down, and everything in between—without disrupting your routine.
We’ll also keep you updated as the project progresses. If anything comes up that requires your attention, we’ll call, text, or email you directly.
